Justification: To provide medical records that can be readily available to the patients' needs and convenience.
This includes a functioning medical dictionary to look up terms and medications.
Makes procuring patients' records and questions for medical professionals simplified.
Provide multiple medical disciplines to be appended to patients profile.
The ability for the patient to print documents. Medical service provider can access patient record via patients' consent.
Main Users: Patients of medical facilities, and medical service providers.
Future Implementations: Provide the option for families to access records via sponsor and beneficiary interface.
