social network that will build a database of Venezuelans who live abroad. This information is of crucial importance for a country that in recent years has increased migration, especially
of professionals, and in which there is no accurate data to be found by official sources. This social network space will also foster a greater connection between the members of this
community, as well as networking and entrepreneurship.
FULL DESCRIPTION
Bululú is a social network that will build a database of Venezuelans who live abroad. This information is of crucial importance for a country that in recent years has increased migration, especially of professionals, and in which there is no accurate data to be found by official sources. This social network space will also foster a greater connection between the members of this community, as well as networking and entrepreneurship.
The aim of
this network is to reach about 1.5 million Venezuelans who are abroad. Of this
number, 260,000 are in the United States,
200,000 in
Spain, 150,000 in Italy, 100,000 in Portugal, 34,000 in Colombia and 30,000 in France.
Furthermore,
these Venezuelans seek Bululú reconnect with Venezuelans who are in other
countries and institutions that were formed to somehow able to contribute their
knowledge to the development of other professionals.
